HOW WE WORK
Amplify Action works with local partners in Malawi and Ghana. Our partners design, deliver and monitor their projects and the impact and change that support from Amplify Action empowers communities to create.
Our partners work with women and young people to identify problems and work on local solutions in their communities.
It doesn't stop there.
As and where our partners can- at household, community or district level, they support women and young people to advocate for long-lasting change that means something to them.
Only this way can we as a collective get to the root causes of issues, like unemployment and climate change.
The road map for how we will achieve our vision and mission will be outlined in our 2022-24 Amplify Strategy and Action Plan – Coming in November 2021!

We respect each other, have integrity, are honest and transparent, but our values seek to go deeper than this.
Only by embedding the above four values across everything we do, will we ensure that we do not only AMPLIFY voices, take ACTION where it is needed most, but we will be informed of how we can EXIT in a sustainable way; meaning women and young people, the change-makers of our future, can take charge of their own lasting change.

OUR PEOPLE
Action Action came about by a group of individuals who recognised the hope and energy that lies within communities to create and curate their own change, whilst also having recognised the multitude of challenges that limit opportunities to do so.
Between them, the trustees and advisers have over fifteen years of supporting, coordinating and project managing community-based actions in sub-Saharan Africa and have spent over twelve months working in Malawi with local educational community-based organisations and NGOs.

In April 2021, Amplify Action became proud members of the Global Girls Not Brides Partnership.
